Use the current baseline as the starting point
List the platform configuration and the components on which your existing workflows depend. The project review should identify what will change, what requires interface validation and which operational tests are affected. This is particularly useful when improving a live brokerage environment one component at a time.
Agree compatibility and release checks
Confirm the available interfaces and provider responsibilities before planning an integration. Where a workflow is already in use, choose acceptance examples that demonstrate the required behaviour after the change. Record the configuration and a release or recovery procedure appropriate to the systems involved.
Acceptance evidence
VERIFY.SYSAgree the test examples and expected results before implementation. The final plan follows the selected systems and interfaces.
