HOSTING.SRVHosting decisions follow the components you run and the systems they connect to. TGS Trade plans service placement, resources and operational responsibilities around that environment rather than a generic server package.

Define administrative roles, maintenance responsibilities and monitoring coverage.
Recovery planning
Agree backup requirements and validate the intended restoration procedure.
Plan resources around the complete stack
Inventory the platform, integration services, data stores and monitoring components before selecting resources. Record where each component communicates and which workloads influence capacity. For an existing environment, measured usage and storage growth give the proposal a more useful basis than a generic server specification.
Treat recovery as an operational workflow
Identify the services and data that need protection, the acceptable recovery objectives and the people responsible for restoration. Backup scheduling is one component; the handover should also specify how the environment is restored and checked. Agree monitoring and escalation ownership so an alert can lead to a concrete action.
Acceptance evidence
VERIFY.SYSAgree the test examples and expected results before implementation. The final plan follows the selected systems and interfaces.
