Account workflows
Map account creation, group assignment and operational status changes.
04 / OPERATIONS
Connect client workflows, trading accounts and back-office operations without losing track of system ownership.
Client operations often span the CRM, client area and trading platform. TGS Trade defines which system owns each record and how account changes move between them. This creates a clearer integration scope for your operations team.
Map account creation, group assignment and operational status changes.
Align client and account identifiers with their source systems.
Define retries, duplicate protection and reconciliation for incomplete operations.
Write down where a client record, trading account and operational status are created and changed. Agree the identifiers exchanged by the CRM, client area and platform. This avoids an integration in which two systems independently change the same state without an agreed reconciliation process. The scope should also define which events the back office needs to see.
An account request can succeed in the platform while its confirmation fails to reach the CRM. Define how that case is identified and retried, with duplicate protection suited to the available interfaces. Operational staff need a clear exception state and a supported recovery path, not only a success notification.
Agree the test examples and expected results before implementation. The final plan follows the selected systems and interfaces.
| Check | Expected evidence |
|---|---|
| Account provisioning | An eligible request creates the intended account and returns a stable identifier. |
| Repeated requests | The agreed retry scenario does not create an unintended second account. |
| Status ownership | Changes reach the expected system with an identifiable source. |
| Reconciliation | Sample mismatches can be found and resolved through the agreed process. |
CRM integration connects the selected systems and events. Payment processing and regulated verification remain with the broker’s chosen providers.
We review its interfaces and workflow requirements before defining the integration. Replacing the CRM is not automatically required.
Integration connects the relevant status and event flows. Compliance responsibilities remain with the broker and its selected providers.
